I think your offer is too low. Can you increase it?

How long does the process take if I decide to sell?

We close all transactions through a reputable title company or attorney. In many cases, closings can be completed in as little as 10 days, depending on how quickly the title work is processed.

I don’t live in the same state as the property. How will I get paid?

No problem. The title company or attorney will send you the necessary documents to sign and notarize. Once everything is completed, they can wire the funds directly to your account or mail a check—whichever you prefer.
